Which payment methods does sarahdesainthubert.be accepts and is it safe and secured ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard credit cards, bank wire and PayPal.Kindly note that if you chose the bank wire payment method, your order will be processed once we have received the payment.

You can safely pay on our website. Indeed, in order to secure all bank transactions we use verified Stripe and PayPal certificates. Sarahdesainthubert.be will debit the entire amount owed at checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally ?

No, we deliver in the Eu only and trust Bpost with all our national and international deliveries. The international shipping costs for such a package varies according to the country it is being delivered to. Note that if you are not part of the EU but want to order, you can contact us via hello@sarahdesainthubert.be and we will try to find an arrangement.

The duties costs are included in the shipping cost applied on our website

 

How can I know when my order will be delivered ?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email  including your tracking number. Please be reminded to check your spam file.

 

How can I know the status of my order ?

The orders are dispatched within 48 hours, while stocks last and subject to external factors. You can check the status of your order on Bpost website, or on the tab « order tracking » on our website.To check with TDH

 In both cases, have your tracking number handy.

Can I return or exchange my product ?

 

SARAH DE SAINT HUBERT accepts returns and exchanges.

If you find one of the items bought to be unsuitable, you have a period of 14 business days, starting from the day after delivery, to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without stating reasons. The only cost that will be charged are the direct costs of returning the goods. 

We will reimburse the purchase price at the latest within 14 business days starting from receipt of the returned parcel on the same card used for payment.

The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsability.

The buyer will not be allowed to practice his retraction right if the product delivered has obviously been used or has been deteriorated. 

Refunds are given on full priced garments only, not on sales articles or with a promotion code as those are final sale.

Only defects linked to the production are motives for contestation. 

The item must be returned in its original condition and with its label to the following address :

SARAH DE SAINT HUBERT 2, avenue Lavoisier 1300 Wavre, Belgium, accompanied by the original sales invoice and return sheet.

 

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsablity and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrect supplied goods.
